US-Africa Business Bridge President Joan Wadelton and the Bridge’s leadership team were honored to meet with the Vice President of Zambia, Mutale Nalumango, on October 27, 2026. Discussion centered on opportunities to grow US-Zambian trade, particularly using top-tier Zambian businesswomen as partners for American firms coming into the country.
Bridge participants were impressed with the Vice President’s deep commitment to her country’s economic growth, as well as her gracious manner.
US-Africa Business Bridge members also attended the opening remarks given by His Excellency President Hakainde Hichilema at the 2026 Mining Insaka in Zambia.
